Shipping Policy

While we try our best to stick to the following shipping timeframe, we recommend placing your order early to allow for any unexpected delays. If you need your parcel urgently or within a tight timeline, please contact us in advance and we’ll do our best to accommodate. 💌

📦 Free Local Shipping in Singapore

All local orders are shipped via SingPost Tracked Package by default and typically arrive in your letterbox within 2–3 working days after shipment (excluding production time).

📮 If your parcel is too large for the letterbox, it will be delivered via Speedpost to your doorstep, which requires someone to receive it.

🚚 Opting for Speedpost?
Please note:
• A signature is required upon delivery.
• If delivery is unsuccessful on the first attempt, Speedpost will attempt redelivery within 1–3 working days.

🛠️ Production Time: Ready-to-ship items are typically sent out within 2–5 working days.

📮 Shipment day: Every Wednesday. Sometimes Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday as well.

📬 Estimated Delivery Time:
• Tracked Mail: 2–4 working days
• Speedpost: 1–2 working days

Missing or Delayed Orders
• If you haven’t received your order within 1 week from the shipment date, please email us at hello@glitzandlove.com – we’ll contact DHL for a detailed inquiry.

Unsuccessful Delivery Returns
If your package is returned due to:
• Unclaimed mail
• Incomplete/incorrect address
• Failed delivery attempts

You may:
• Reship the parcel (additional shipping cost applies)
• Combine with a new order
• Opt for store credit (item price minus the US$20 shipping cost)
