Online Orders

We strive to ship your orders promptly.

Made-to-order items typically ship within 2-5 days.

Pre-order shipping timelines will be specified in the listing.

Simply email us at hello@glitzandlove.com quoting your name, order number and the message you want on each gift notes. There is no gift note by default.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express credit/debit cards, all major credit and debit cards on our website through a secured checkout.  

If you do not receive your order confirmation email after 30 minutes, please contact us at hello@glitzandlove.com stating your full name, your contact email, ordered items and date of purchase. We will check for you and re-send a confirmation email to you if necessary. 

Unfortunately, once the check out process is complete and your order has been confirmed, we are unable to make any amendments to your order.

If you need to add more items to your order, you can simply place a new order and state at check out that you would like to combine shipment with your previous order, assuming the previous order has not been dispatched.

Yes, please choose DHL express mail at check out.

DHL express mail delivers in around 1 week from date of dispatch.

DHL express mail upgrade can choose DHL express mail at check out under shipment method.

If you decide to upgrade the shipment method after placing the order, you can also purchase the DHL express mail upgrade here after purchase.

We offer standard international registered airmail delivery to home addresses, work addresses, and P.O. Box addresses.

Please provide a shipping address where you can personally receive the parcel, as a signature is required upon delivery. If you opt for delivery to a P.O. Box address, your local post office will leave a notice for you to collect the parcel.

Please note that DHL does not deliver to P.O. Box addresses. If using a work address, ensure to include any necessary delivery details, such as the company name, street entrance, and level number, for easy location by the post office or DHL during office hours.

Once your parcel has been mailed out, you will receive an email notification. Please ensure the contact email that you have entered during the check out process is correct.

Customs fees, VAT and taxes will vary from country to country, and we recommend that you contact your local customs office should you have any questions or concerns about these fees.

Recipients are responsible for any customs fees, VAT or taxes , if any, imposed by customs department in your country. These are not related to the shipping charges.

In the case that you or the recipient is not at the address when the post office delivers your parcel, they will leave a notice for you to pick the parcel up at the post office. Usually there is a time limit ( 2-3 weeks) that they will keep the parcel at the post office, after which, the parcel will be returned to sender as "unclaimed".

On average we will receive the unclaimed parcel back in around 8 weeks to 10 weeks from shipment date. Once we receive the parcel back, we will email you. You will need to pay for the relevant shipment cost for us to resend your parcel to you.
