Online Orders

Simply let us know at check out. There will be a box where you can leave us messages about your order during check out. Check your invoice after placing the order to make sure your message to us submitted through. You can also email us at hello@glitzandlove.com quoting your name, order number and the message you want on each gift notes. There is no gift note by default unless specified in the message box at check out, or notified us by email before shipment.

We work very hard to ship out your order as quickly as possible. Some orders we even ship out in a day after payment.  We aim to ship out your order within a week, and up to 2 weeks from date of purchase.

No, there are no surcharges or additional fees when paying via Credit Card.

If you do not receive your order confirmation email after 30 minutes, please contact us at hello@glitzandlove.com stating your full name, your contact email, ordered items and date of purchase. We will check for you and re-send a confirmation email to you if necessary. 

Unfortunately, once the check out process is complete and your order has been confirmed, we are unable to make any amendments to your order.

If you need to add more items to your order, you can simply place a new order and state at check out that you would like to combine shipment with your previous order, assuming the previous order has not been dispatched.

Orders cannot be cancelled once parcel has been processed, packed or dispatched. Please read all policy, shipping information and item descriptions before placing an order. We process and ship out order very quickly, sometimes as quickly as 1 - 2 days after receiving the order. Therefore, please ensure you read and understand all policy and shipping time before placing an order. However, if you have just placed your order, you can contact us at hello@glitzandlove.com stating your invoice number, and we will assist you as best we can.

Only one discount code can be applied in a single order.

When storewide sale is on, discount codes will not be able to apply.

PRODUCT CARE AND MATERIALS

Yes, they are hypoallergenic. They are lead free, nickel free and cadmium free.

We used both open back and closed back settings.

- Cubic zirconia: Open back.

- Crystal: Mostly closed back. Some are open back.

- Glass: Open back.

If you are concerned about whether the particular stones are set on open back settings or closed back settings, please email us and we can send over some pictures ( if not already listed in the product listings).

No. Only those stated as freshwater pearls are freshwater pearls.

We offer free standard shipping for order over USD 65.

For order over USD 125, we offer complimentary DHL express mail shipment.

Yes, please choose DHL express mail at check out.

DHL express mail delivers in around 1 week from date of dispatch.

DHL express mail upgrade can choose DHL express mail at check out under shipment method.

If you decide to upgrade the shipment method after placing the order, you can also purchase the DHL express mail upgrade here after purchase.

Yes! We ship internationally.

If you have any queries in regard to the whereabouts of your parcel, you can contact us at hello@glitzandlove.com and we will try our best to assist you.For international registered airmail, you can track through Singpost website here.For DHL express mail, you can track through DHL website here.

Standard international registered airmail can be delivered to home address, work address and P.O. Box addresses.

DHL does not deliver to P.O. Box addresses. It has to be a physical address that you can receive the parcel in person during the office hours that DHL delivers the parcel.

If you are using a work address, please ensure you include any necessary delivery details, so the post office or DHL can find your location easily, e.g. company name, street of entrance, level number.

Once your parcel has been mailed out, you will receive an email notification. Please ensure the contact email that you have entered during the check out process is correct.

Customs fees, VAT and taxes will vary from country to country, and we recommend that you contact your local customs office should you have any questions or concerns about these fees.

Recipients are responsible for any customs fees, VAT or taxes , if any, imposed by customs department in your country. These are not related to the shipping charges.

In the case that you or the recipient is not at the address when the post office delivers your parcel, they will leave a notice for you to pick the parcel up at the post office. Usually there is a time limit ( 2-3 weeks) that they will keep the parcel at the post office, after which, the parcel will be returned to sender as "unclaimed".

On average we will receive the unclaimed parcel back in around 8 weeks to 10 weeks from shipment date. Once we receive the parcel back, we will email you. You will need to pay for the relevant shipment cost for us to resend your parcel to you.
