Return & Exchange

Return Policy

If you are not happy for any reason, you may return eligible Glitz & Love items within 7 days of receiving the order. Eligible returned items are only accepted if unwashed, unworn, with the all Glitz & Love packaging material still attached and in its original packaging.

All returned items must meet the terms of our return policy, or they will be sent back to you at your expense. 

What is not eligible for return? We are NOT able to offer returns on the following items: earrings, personalised jewelry, freshwater pearl jewelry and bulk order of same design in multiple quantity.

If you are in doubt, please place a single item sample order before committing to a bulk order. :) We are confident that you will be happy with our quality and come back to us again.

For freshwater pearl jewelry, every pearl is unique and we take pictures of the pearls from every angle possible to ensure you know exactly what you are getting. If you are in doubt, please email or whatsapp us for video of the freshwater pearl jewelry before / after purchase. 

Shipping fees (USD 8.5 for order under USD 100, USD 10 for order above USD 100, or USD 24 DHL express shipping fees) and 30% restocking fee are non-refundable.

To arrange a return of eligible items, please email hello@glitzandlove.com stating your order number, contact email, contact number, and the eligible items that you would like to return. You are responsible for shipping back the eligible items to us with a shipment method that includes a tracking number to avoid lost mails.

Relevant refund will only be made after we receive the eligible items back. Refund will be processed through the same payment method to the same payment account as indicated in the invoice.

Exchange Policy

Only single bracelet, single necklace and single rings are eligible for exchange. Earrings, statement necklaces and bulk order of same design in multiple quantities are Not eligible for exchange.

Defective Items

We check each and every piece of jewelry before we ship them out to you. In the rare occasion that the jewelry you received is defective*, please email us within 7 days of receipt with your order number, contact email, contact number, and a pictures of the defective item(s). We will ship out a new piece to you right away after verifying your order.

*Subject to approval on a case-by-case basis. Slight colour variations, slight size differences, minor defects (e.g loose threads, slight scratches, slight stains, slight asymmetry, slight misalignment, slight tarnishes that do not affect the general outlook of the item, etc.) do not constitute a defective product. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for more information.
